Poliziano announces a new chapter for Le Caggiole, now presented with a new label that reflects a journey of identity, territory, and vision.

This renewal marks the official inclusion of Le Caggiole in the Pievi project promoted by the Consorzio del Vino Nobile di Montepulciano—a system designed to highlight the historical, geographical, and cultural units of the appellation, placing origin and terroir at the very heart of each wine.

Le Caggiole is the crown jewel of Poliziano.
Today, through the Pievi project, this wine strengthens its bond with its Pieve of origin, offering an even more precise expression of the dialogue between Sangiovese, soil and history. The project consists in an even more rigorous set of rules and an additional external tasting commission that judges whether the samples can or cannot be a ‘Pieve’.
