\u00a0On the 30th of June, 1961, Dino Carletti acquired a plot of 22 hectares of land in the nearby location of Montepulciano. \n<\/span>The cellar has always been cured both architectonically and technologically, with the introduction and use of different of the most advanced machines and the use of various barrels always more sophisticated both in dimensions and in quality.
\nEverything began with cement vats and a very simple organization, majorly addressed to carboy wine production.
\nYear after year the cellar continued to expand and to evolve, following the vineyards\u2019 growth; in 1998 we have constructed a new fermentation cellar, much more technological and in 1999, 2015 and 2019 respectively, we have constructed and introduced a new center for the reception of the grapes, with two lines of crushing and destemming machines, an optical sorter and a line of manual selection of great efficiency.<\/p>\n
